The working principle of the vacuum adsorption table of the engraving machine is to extract the air inside the table through a vacuum pump to generate negative pressure, thereby adsorbing the workpiece on the table. The structure of the vacuum adsorption table mainly includes a square table bottom groove, a square table top plate, a soft rubber, a confined space, air holes and an exhaust pipe. When working, first place the workpiece on the table, and then use the exhaust pipe to evacuate the air. The negative pressure generated enters each area, and the air holes in the area generate suction. A layer of soft rubber is attached to the top plate of the table, so that the workpiece is sealed and not easy to leak when it is adsorbed, thus ensuring that the workpiece is firmly sucked. This design is conducive to workpieces of different sizes, and the adsorption top surface adopts a soft rubber microporous structure, which is not easy to leak and achieves maximum suction. In addition, the vacuum adsorption table also has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and high processing efficiency.
