Precautions for CNC wood lathe operation:

1. The operator must be familiar with the various functions, structures, transmission systems, etc. of the wood lathe

2. All parts of the machine tool must be well lubricated, and each component position must be refueled according to the specified amount of refueling to ensure smooth oil passage and cleanliness of the lubrication system.

3. Before the test run, be sure to check the firmness of the tool holder, tool holder, and top screws, and then clamp the wood and correct it with a rotating chuck.

4. When the tool is installed, the length of the tool bar extending from the tool holder should be shorter than 125px, and the tool bar should keep more than 50 cm of material. The tool must be fixed on the tool holder, the turning tool must be firm, and the feed should not be too violent.

5. At the beginning of turning, the feed amount should be appropriately small, the force should be uniform, and it is forbidden to touch the workpiece by hand.

6. If you need to turn irregular wood with edges and corners, you need to use a fixed turning tool to remove the edges and corners, and then use a turning tool for fine processing.

7. The rotation speed of the lathe should be determined according to the external size and structure, and it should not be too high to prevent it from flying out and hurting people.
