Note: The laser tube must be filled with circulating water before the machine works.

The quality and temperature of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube. It is recommended to use pure water and control the water temperature below 35°C. For circulating water over 35°C, or water with ice added to lower the water temperature (for chillers, it is recommended that users choose or use two tanks).

Clean the water tank: First, turn off the power, then remove the water inlet pipe, let the water from the laser tube enter the water tank automatically, open the water tank, pump water and remove the dirt on the water pump. A good clean water tank should be cleaned. After replacing the circulating water, restore the water pump to the water tank, insert the connecting pipe into the water inlet of the water pump, and clean up the joint. Use pump power alone and run for 2 to 3 minutes (laser tube filled with circulating water).

2. Cleanliness of the fan

After a long time of use, it will cause a lot of solid dust to accumulate inside the fan, making the fan make a lot of noise, in addition to smell and unfavorable exhaust effect. When there is a fan with insufficient suction, the smoke on the fan cannot be dissipated freely, please turn off the power first, discharge it into the air duct and the air duct on the fan, remove the internal dust, and then put the fan on, and then put the inside of the fan pull out. Blades until clean, then install the fan. Then it can support the normal operation of the CO2 laser machine.

3. Lens cleaning (suggestions before going to work every day, turn off cleaning equipment)
